Jenny started her career in call centre operations and retail, later joining Telstra where she would become the first head of Customer Experience. Prior to joining KPMG she led the Customer Advisory practice nationally for EY.
Jenny is a passionate customer consultant and believes that customers are at the heart of all high-performing organisations. She combines data and innovation to improve the customer and employee experience and, ultimately, to drive growth advance business performance.
In her role at KPMG, Jenny will focus on advising the Chief Customer Officer, Chief Digital Officer and Chief Financial Officer on ways to optimise their experience programs, rebalance front line operations and create unified customer connected organisations to drive growth.
