She is also our National Practice Leader for Marketing & Sales Transformation within KPMG’s Customer, Brand & Marketing Advisory group.
In 2017, Lisa joined KPMG where she focuses on driving the full operationalisation of CX by delivering sales channel optimisation and effectiveness for clients. She ensures an aligned operation across all touchpoints leveraging data and technology and delivers business value.
Lisa has more than 20 years of experience, leading marketing, sales and digital service delivery leadership across some of Australia’s leading organisations.
