- Our Executive Inclusion, Diversity and Equity council is co-chaired by our CEO and led by 25+ leaders across the firm
- We're addressing anti-Black racism through education, inclusion, equity, and supporting the next generation of Black youth through scholarship and internship opportunities
- We provide ongoing education and have built a multi-year action plan for anti-racism, truth and reconciliation, and accessibility
