If your qualifications meet the requirements for the position, you will be contacted by a member of our global recruitment team. Following the interview, the global recruiter will work with our workforce mobility team to discuss immigration options. Please note that immigration support is not guaranteed. We recognize it is also an experience that brings with it significant change, including understanding a new culture and adapting to new ways of living and working. To support you in this transition, KPMG in Canada provides Newcomers with the tools to build your network and reach your full potential.

Destination services

To assist with settling into your new home, we provide services, including but not limited to finding and securing accommodation, setting up bank accounts, introduction to social organizations, orientation to the public transportation system, shopping places, healthcare providers, etc. ​

Training and education

To build awareness and skills around adjusting to Canadian culture and bridging cultural differences, KPMG provides quarterly cross-cultural competence training to newcomers and leaders. As a part of our onboarding, we also provide resources and training to our managers and leaders on how to further support newcomers to Canada.​

You will have an opportunity to join a community of newcomers who help advise the firm on ways to enhance the candidate journey. The committee hosts information sessions on frequently asked topics such as Taxes in Canada, Permanent Residency, and Building Inclusive Workplaces for Newcomers.
