The Journey

Step 1: Research the firm

Step 2: Job search and application submission

Browse the open positions available at our firm. To find your desired role, use the search function which enables you to find the position type and location of current opportunities. Be sure to read the job description for more information about qualifications and expectations.

When submitting your application please ensure you provide all necessary documents required.

Step 3: Interview

Our interview and onboarding process have remained relatively the same, except that interviews and onboarding sessions are conducted through video. New employees will be starting remotely, and all necessary equipment will be shipped to them.

If your qualifications meet the requirements of the position you will be contacted by our recruitment team for an interview. You will have at least one interview with a member of our recruitment team.

All interviews will be conducted virtually. Prior to your interview, you will receive details on how to download and access our virtual interview platform.

During your interview:

  • Ensure you are in a quiet space
  • Check that your audio and video capabilities are working
  • Relax and be yourself!


Step 4: Practical assessment

After your interview you may be asked by the recruiter to complete an assessment.

NOTE: This depends on the job you are applying to. Not all service lines require an assessment to be part of the interview process.


Step 5: Offer

Congratulations! If you were successful in the interview process our recruitment team will call you with the news and then send your official offer letter. Welcome to KPMG!

How to prepare for a virtual interview.

Test your technology

  • Check your computer's audio and webcam
  • Ensure your webcam is on
  • Familiarize yourself with the platform
  • Ensure you have a strong internet connection

Set your interview space

  • Find a quiet, private space
  • Make sure you have good lighting
  • Get a glass of water
  • Have your resume on hand to refer to during the interview

Dress appropriately

  • We encourage everyone to dress for their day, but please be mindful of proper interview attire

Interview notes

  • Feel free to write down interview notes

Technical issues

  • If technical issues arise the interviewer will call the phone number listed on the resume
