The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued Bank Bulletin No. 2022-05, 08 March 2022, to remind all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) of the following:
- Accept tax payments on 26 March 2022 and 02 April 2022, since the two Saturdays prior to the tax deadline 09 April 2022 (Araw ng Kagitingan) and 16 April 2022 (Black Saturday) are declared regular holidays; and
- Extend banking hours up to 5:00 PM from 01 April 2022 to 18 April 2022, since 15 April 2022 is declared holiday as well (Good Friday)
