PEOPLE OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Align the People, Performance and Culture (PPC) strategy with the assigned function’s strategy
- Support the implementation of People Programs to the Functions
- Develop and run the internship and part-time programs developed by the function/service lines and PPC
- Develop, run and/or assist in any employee engagement activities for all employees under the assigned function/service lines and rolled out by the Function or Service Line Head including social events, retention programs
- Monitor the continuous learning and development of the interns, part-timers, probationary and regular employees. Coordinate with the Service Line Leaders to implement enablement programs for all employees and also to L&D to ensure proper tracking and compliance to mandatory trainings
- Monitor the goal settings activities and engagement performance for all employees under the assigned functions/service lines. Coordinate with Performance Managers and assist in the feedback process
- Work closely with function or service line head, managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Participate in any recruitment efforts and programs of the assigned functions/service lines
- Coordinate with PPC and function regarding compliance on policies, procedures and guidelines (i.e. AWOL and other possible violations)
- Coordinate with PPC personnel for the specific programs to be developed and implemented in the functions to ensure consistency in PPC strategy, messaging, requirements etc.
- Assist in any people management program being rolled out by the assigned function/service line and their respective Partners/Heads
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or business-related courses
- Has at least 4 years of relevant experience in business partnering related work
- Has excellent organizational, collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
