ADVISORY (IT ADVISORY) - DATA PRIVACY SENIOR CONSULTANT

 

Responsibilities

• Assess data privacy compliance against the relevant legislative frameworks
• Design and implement data protection and privacy programs to comply with Data Privacy Law such as Data Privacy Act of 2012
• Conduct privacy impact assessments, third party assessments (Information Security and Data Privacy), data governance, data discovery and classification
• Facilitate data privacy awareness and training
• Assist clients in privacy related incident response activities
• Support the team with pre-engagement activities such as scoping and proposal development

 

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy, BS Internal Audit or IT related courses
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and/or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)
• Has good understanding of how a potential issue related to GITC and/or ITAC could impact the audit.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
