Michelle leads KPMG’s tax practice in the Newcastle office and specialises in corporate tax.
She has been with the firm for over 20 years having joined in 2001 after studying Physics at Durham University, then qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser.
During her career she has advised a wide variety of clients from FTSE, AIM, privately owned and UK subsidiaries of overseas groups.
She also spent 5 years as part of KPMG’s national M&A Tax practice, advising on a broad range of both domestic and international transactions.
She leads the provision of tax services to clients across a number of business sectors across the region.
