Max is an innovation and technology leader at KPMG and is passionate about how technology is creating a better future for everyone - in the business world and beyond. He has worked in the retail and consumer industry for the last 25 years, initially in marketing, operations and technology-oriented roles within retail organisations. For the last 8 years he has been technology consulting practices, focused on helping global retailers achieve more through technology. 

Max spends a lot of his time focusing on the future and how technology - both current and upcoming – can help us shape positive experiences for businesses, employees and their customers. Being passionate about technology and its transformative powers has led Max to work with 100+ retailers over the years, giving him unique exposure to a plethora of business models, organisational cultures and operational excellence. His aim is to distil these learnings into real value for his clients.
