Polina is a Senior Manager in the Reward Consulting team at KPMG. She has over 15 years of experience in consulting and has been working in Professional Services sector reward since 2012. Polina has advised professional services firms on all aspects of their organisation, strategy and reward practices; and has worked with firms in different market positions with varied sector specialisations. Over the years, she has consulted extensively on partner remuneration, pay-related governance and performance management, working with a diverse group of professional services clients in EMEA. Polina has a wealth of knowledge about industry reward practices as a result of her project work and involvement in relevant sector research. She has conducted multiple studies on partner and associate remuneration practices in the UK and is well placed to advise on best practice, market trends and industry benchmarks. In 2015, in cooperation with the Managing Partners’ Forum, she prepared the global Professional Services Sector Performance Management Study conducted among legal and accounting firms.

Polina authored a number of articles in relation to the legal sector and in 2016 she co-edited a book on Partner Remuneration in Law Firms published on behalf of the International Bar Association. Prior to joining KPMG Polina was an Associate Director in Willis Towers Watson’s Work, Rewards and Careers practice where she focused on advising professional services sector clients on a broad spectrum of reward-related issues and for a few years led the compensation benchmarking survey for the legal sector.
