Nate has been working in the people profession for 16 years. With a career covering all aspects of workforce including resourcing, employee relations and human capital, Nate now specialises in organisational development, talent management, culture and learning.

The majority of Nate’s career as been in the National Health Service. He is an alumni of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme and has worked in national, regional and Trust based roles. Previous roles Nate has undertaken include Head of Workforce Resourcing and Development at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust and Head of Organisational Development and Wellbeing at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. He also joined the NHS London Workforce Cell as a Senior Workforce Lead supporting the regional workforce response to the Covid-10 Pandemic. Before joining KPMG Nate was Deputy Director of Workforce (Director of Organisational Development) at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where he led on the delivery of the Trust’s People and Culture Plan and learning and organisational development interventions across 5 hospitals with a 14,000 strong workforce.

Nate holds an MA in Human Resource Management and an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology (Distinction) that is accredited by both the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists. He is currently a doctoral student at Birkbeck, University of London studying on the Professional Doctorate in Evidence Based Human Resource Management. He is accredited in a number of professional qualifications. Nate is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a focus in dialogic organisational development approaches.
