Luci Love

Luci has recently joined KPMG as a Senior Advisor and brings extensive experience of global accountability across all aspects of HR, People and Change. She has a sustained track record of delivering business transformation whether via technology, organisational design, M&A or cultural shifts.

Her experience was gained in FTSE 20 and private sector contexts, covering global workforces in excess of 100,000 people, and includes multi year/ multi function transformation programmes in Europe, the Americas, Australasia, Africa and Asia.

Luci was responsible for both the implementation and subsequent running of a Global Shared Service operation, combining both insource, offshore and outsource models.

She has delivered multiple HR transformation programmes, leveraging technology to streamline transactions, enrich the employee experience and provide insights to improve business decision making. She also led the development and roll-out of company values to drive cultural change. This included a shift from traditional opinion surveys to technology enabled pulse checks to monitor adoption and impact.
