She has 18 years of experience in consulting and human resources, both as a UK HRD for a leading professional services and as a global consultant, developing strategically differentiated HR functions that can bring value to their business. Kate has worked across industries and has led projects that have focused on behavioral change management, organisation design and development, optimisation of the HR function, leadership and talent development, and performance improvements through people. In addition, Kate has developed and successfully deployed methodologies designed to configure the HR function to drive strategic value add metrics.
