Amanda is one of our main voices on all matters Brexit and legal, given two decades of experience as both a commercial solicitor and as a leader on major change programmes.
Having worked in industry for more than half of her career, Amanda helps her clients understand and manage risk in a pragmatic way, sharing her insights from across the many sectors she supports. She has recently worked with a global FMCG company to redraft and negotiate contracts on a supply chain worth £1.6 billion and has revamped indirect sales contracts for a global telecommunications company.
Amanda has also advised a worldwide construction company on the roll out of a new technology product, and supported a niche software company negotiate a £12 million software licence and support agreement with a key customer.
As a published author on contract risk, Amanda leads workshops to help clients understand and mitigate their exposure in this area.
