Tania has over 25 years of experience in Financial Services. She has delivered multiple outsourced complex operations, including several very high profile CDD engagements to an extremely high standard of quality and output. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring that all clients receive the same, consistently high level of service that she has become known for. She particularly relishes in finding ways to improve process, whether that results in an uplift in quality, customer experience, throughput or staff engagement.
