Domestic production activities deduction for agricultural or horticultural cooperatives

The U.S. Treasury Department and IRS today released for publication in the Federal Register correcting amendments to January 2021 final regulations (T.D. 9947) relating to application of the domestic production activities deduction under section 199A for specified agricultural or horticultural cooperatives. The corrections are effective on November 17, 2022, and applicable after January 19, 2021.
