A public hearing for “The role of tax incentives in affordable housing” has been scheduled

The Senate Committee on Finance has scheduled a public hearing for July 20, 2022, entitled “The role of tax incentives in affordable housing.”  

In advance of the hearing, the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) today released a report providing general background on the tax incentives for residential housing.
