- For a Gartner Top 25 SCM company, implemented best practices for sales and operational planning (S&OP) processes and playbooks which resulted in doubling their margin, and improving delivery performance.
- For a $4B distributor, created end-to-end supply chain process roadmap, facilitated organization realignment, established demand and replenishment planners roles in the buying organization, developed education plan, architected the performance measurement system and facilitated S&OP meetings.
- For a $15B global company, developed overall supply chain strategy for engine and after market distribution BUs, and developed best practice process for supply chain visibility as part of their vision to become lean and agile.
