David is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Intelligent Automation practice within Advisory – Management Consulting. For over twenty years David has been helping companies, across a wide range of industries, to build new business capabilities through improved processes and enabling technologies. Currently, his focus is on helping companies develop strategies for and begin to leverage a new wave of Intelligent Automation (IA) technologies, including Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning and Cognitive systems.

  • Leading Consumer Goods Company - Led the strategy development, proof of concept, and implementation roadmap for a broad process automation deployment
  • Large International Utility - Assisted the client in standing up an Intelligent Automation Center-of-Excellence to build and deploy dozens of BOTs in its shared services operations
  • Industrial Manufacturing Company – Led a multi-phase program to implement Robotic Process Automation across the global procurement organization to enable significant reductions in manual effort
  • Global Agri-business Company – Worked with senior business and IT leaders to define an operating model to support a large-scale Robotic Process Automation deployment
  • Diversified Manufacturing Company - Led the design and implementation of a Business Process Excellence operating model which included establishing Process Governance and integration of BPM tools and processes
