Annie will help you transform your business across the Procure to Pay lifecycle, with particular focus on Procurement Technology Design and Implementation, Procurement Transformation, Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Sourcing, Talent Management and Training/Change Management. Through a business-led lens, she support the development and optimization of Procurement organizations across industries. She currently serve as the KPMG Alliance lead for the Coupa Alliance, supporting all US engagements.

Engagement experience

  • Annie has led many assessments at organizations to identify opportunities for improvement across the source to payment (S2P) lifecycle. An important component of driving compliance to the S2P process is the implementation of an enabling technology. She has helped clients design, configure and deploy enabling technologies, which also includes training and change management and supplier enablement activities to support maximum adoption by stakeholders.
  • She has significant experience leading and overseeing Coupa source to pay implementations, including both US and global deployments. She has supported the development of global core model design, integration design with various ERP systems, change management and training strategy development and execution, supplier enablement and expense management deployments.
  • She has experience designing and deploying the Ivalua contract management solution and the vendor management solution. Contract management design included configuration for an employee services contracting process, including detailed compensation and benefits business rules and clause library usage based on the entity/business rule combinations. Design for the vendor management solution included enablement of onboarding and management processes for a large city government.
  • She designed and deployed a contract management process and repository tool for an energy company. She led the contract metadata retrieval process for over 2300 contracts, including development and facilitation of the conversion and testing process for uploading into a central repository. She led the design and implementation of the repository folder structure and governance as well as a streamlined end-to-end CLM process, supported by training and change management across the organization.
  • She led the design and implementation of P2P, Payroll and User Access Management SOX controls for a leading global integrated utility. She developed detailed processes and procedures for the SAP environment to instruct the client’s teams to operate according to the defined control objectives required to mitigate financial and operation risk. She liaised with the client’s operational and management teams, as well as directly with the external auditors to determine compliance with audit requirements for the fiscal year end audit.
  • She developed a Category Management Target Operating Model at a major utilities organization, which included a future state spend categorization and an organization framework with roles and responsibilities to support the model. She developed a detailed category management and strategic sourcing process, that included supporting tools/templates and a responsibility matrix by process phase, combined with the supplier management and business stakeholder activities for each phase.
