  • Program Manager/PMO Lead for the System of Insights for a major digital platform transformation for a large telecom client in Northeast, leading & managing several integration, development & PMO workstreams in Agile Framework.
  • Drove the E2E Agile delivery of a Salesforce (Sales Cloud) implementation from legacy Siebel for a major resources/utilities client in the Southwest.
  • Assisted a large media advertising client with their Data Management Platform and increasing user adoption of their Adobe Audience & Experience Manager suite. Worked closely with IT and Business Execs to drive the value realization plan. Provided industry knowledge / key trends.
  • Delivery Lead & Solution Architect for a large scale IBM Campaign/UNICA implementation for a major telecom client.
  • Technical Architect for Salesforce Implementation of a major products client, responsible for driving the E2E planning, designing, integration/deployment of identified MVP for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as part of a large and complex ETP integration project of the client’s legacy systems into SFDC. Supported the client team on the deployment of the legacy workflows, user objects within the new Salesforce environment.
  • Digital Marketing PM and Delivery Lead for IBM Campaign/UNICA Integration with Big Data for a large retail & fashion client, responsible to integrate & streamline E2E Customer Experience Lifecycle including Salesforce Social Media Platform with Hadoop Big Data capabilities within Agile Delivery Framework.
  • Drove the deployment of identified sales and GTM projects as part of a large and complex integration project for a major acquisition for a retail client. Led the deployment of the E2E Sales/GTM tools & processes for all of the identified sales/marketing platforms (including Aprimo & Epiphany) in NA.
  • Data Management SME for a Global Non-Profit, responsible for Digital Strategy advisory on the recommended approach for the Participant Relationship Management, Contact Management, Campaign/Event & Global Data Management solution and leading reference architecture & solution for their Global Data Management Platform.
