台北 2021年5月

To whom it may concern,

Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases with unknown sources and cluster infection in Taipei and New Taipei City, the Executive Yuan raised coronavirus alert to Level 3 in the two cities, effective from May 15th to June 28th.

During this period, all of our staff at Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung offices will work from home. A tiny minority of our staff is required to enter the office for their specific tasks, in order to maintain basic business operations.

We will also adjust our COVID-19 policies in prompt response to the guidance from the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), to see whether the work-from-home period will need to be extended. Although we are unable to visit clients’ offices during this period, we are committed to keeping our services smooth and seamless, with each contact person remaining the same.

To implement personal hygiene management, our staff have been requested to report health condition daily while working remotely. These are challenging times, but we feel confident that with high-quality services rendered as usual, we can get through this together.
