This past year we have continued our active response to the effects of COVID-19 when delivering audit and assurance services. We have increased our upgrade of KPMG Clara Workflow, KPMG Clara for Client (KCfC) and Audit Innovation platforms. In addition, we have sharpened our focus on the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) agenda.
