Welcome to KPMG in Thailand’s Transparency Report 2021, covering our financial year to 30 September 2020. This report outlines our firm’s structure, governance, Audit Quality Framework, approach to quality control, and how we drive audit quality.

What has changed from the previous issue?

The seven drivers in Audit Quality Framework remain unchanged. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, our firm and our professionals adapted to changes in the way we worked by implementing a hybrid working arrangement while also adhering to the strictest standards of confidentiality and data protection to deliver undisrupted quality services to our clients. Through our further development of Driving The Next Generation Audit, we invested in advanced technologies and deployed new tools to enhance audit efficiency. We expanded KPMG Clara Workflow and KPMG Clara Client Collaboration (KCCC) deployment to enhance the overall service delivery experience. Also, a collaboration of Audit & Assurance and Advisory for Financial Services allows us to meet the ever-evolving requirements of our clients. These changes will strengthen overall quality services.
