Bert has been Chief Human Resources Officer of KPMG N.V. since 1 November 2014. He has been responsible for KPMG’s ‘People agenda’, and has made an important contribution to the trust and confidence in KPMG and the sector. As CHRO, he also contributed to KPMG’s development program for young talents and the firm’s inclusion and diversity policy.

After a rewarding and intensive period of almost five years at KPMG, Bert Ferwerda has decided, in mutual consultation with the company, to continue his career elsewhere.
