Wilbert Vos

As lead of the FS team within the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Group, Wilbert and his team are involved in resolving accounting challenges in the field of financial instruments, both for corporates and financial institutions. This could be relating to IFRS 9 (including hedge accounting) or IFRS 17 matters, but also GAAP conversions and business combinations in the FS domain are part of the team’s key propositions. Wilbert joined KPMG in 2000 and has since been involved in audits and advisory engagements in the banking sector and corporate treasuries. He is a member of various professional committees within the global KPMG organization in the area of accounting for financial instruments, and in that position has direct access to KPMG's global accounting expertise.
