Tim Schuiten

Tim Schuiten works as a Director in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team at KPMG the Netherlands. Tim has a focus on Transaction-related accounting and has  extensive experience in assisting and advising clients with related changes to their financial reporting. The projects that Tim works on are related to acquisitions, carve-outs or IPOs. Tim has knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP, as well as US GAAP.
