Patrick is specialized in capital market transactions and has over 25 years of experience delivering assurance and advisory services to international clients across all industry sectors. His focus is Initial Public offerings, Bond offerings and IPO readiness assessments. He is closely involved in the department of professional practice and is part of a working group of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants, for setting guidelines for the Dutch audit profession in relation to offerings.
