Jelmer van de Ridder is a Manager Climate Risk and Decarbonization Strategy at KPMG NL. He has 8+ years of professional experience in sustainability advisory in Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia, with a specialization in climate adaptation. At KPMG Jelmer supports clients in various sectors with climate-related challenges including climate risk assessments, climate adaptation plans, decarbonization strategies and compliance to relevant regulatory frameworks (TCFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy). Before joining KPMG, Jelmer worked as a project manager and climate adaption expert for one the largest engineering companies in Europe.
