Bert Koelewijn

Bert has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry, 13 of which have been focused on risk management and cyber security. He guides clients through strategic changes and increasing resilience against cyber attacks. He is passionate about building and improving IT controls, in which he brings people and teams along with his convincing enthusiasm. His personal keywords are: do it now, do it together, with empathy, build agile and sustainable, less is more.

In addition to years of professional services, he has 6 years of hands-on management experience within the financial sector, where he managed a team of experts in security, risk and privacy. Bert is used to working at board level and with formal bodies such as the Supervisory Board, Audit Committees and regulators.
