Niels Ebbinkhuijsen

Niels is a partner in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team of KPMG. Niels supports clients on accounting & reporting matters. He is experienced in IFRS conversions, impact assessments of new accounting standards, implementation of accounting manuals, accounting for M&A transactions (such as acquisitions, divestments and carve-outs), as well as capital market transactions, such as IPO (readiness) support. Niels has experience in a wide variety of companies, both listed and private equity owned, in various sectors such as technology, media and entertainment, retail and consumer markets and industrial markets.
