Alex Brouwer

Alex has over 30 years of work experience including 10 years in IT management positions. He has led several international change programmes and the technology function of a large asset manager. Over the past 12 years at KPMG, Alex has focused on advising clients with IT Business Transformations, developing digital and IT strategies and their associated operating models. He also assists clients in implementing change processes with a large IT component. In recent years, Alex has carried out dozens of due diligence investigations at (IT) organisations and thus has a large frame of reference on what a good digitally-driven organisation looks like. He has extensive experience in the financial sector from the past, but has shifted his focus in recent years to medium-sized companies such as family businesses, private equity-owned companies and scale-ups.
