Contract lifecycle management (CLM) is the proactive process of managing the complete lifecycle of a contract from initiation, through award, compliance and renewal/termination. Many organisations don’t achieve their contract portfolio’s full value, and the whole process around it is often viewed as frustrating and complicated.
Some of the greatest challenges is the lack of funding, ownership, and management commitment, and these are factors that can make it extremely difficult to build a streamlined process around your contract management.
For us to gain an even better understanding of what challenges organisations are facing, we have developed a survey with the purpose of assessing the Contract Lifecycle Management practice in your organisation. This will also provide you with valuable insights on your own contract management maturity level as you will receive an assessment as soon as your complete the survey. The results will be published in a report by KPMG Denmark at the end of 2021.
Structure of survey
The survey is set up in two sections and will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete:
- Self-assessment of the current and future ambition for the CLM maturity level in your organisation.
- Questions related to your organisation, overall purpose and challenges related to CLM.
