KPMG Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to the Arctic Chiller Group (“Arctic Chiller” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Fulcrum Capital Partners Inc. on its sale to Ingersoll-Rand plc (“Ingersoll Rand”).
Arctic Chiller is an internationally recognized manufacturer of modular and high efficiency chillers used in commercial and industrial HVAC applications. The Company manufactures products under the Arctic Cool and ArctiChill brands and has operations in both Canada and the United States.
Fulcrum Capital Partners is an independent private equity firm focused on the Canadian middle market. Fulcrum has invested more than $750 million over the past two decades and is currently investing from its fifth private equity fund with $350 million in committed capital. Fulcrum maintains a national presence with multiple offices across Canada.
Ingersoll Rand is a provider of industrial and commercial products servicing a wide variety of end markets globally and has a portfolio of brands including; Ingersoll Rand, Club Car, Thermo King, and Trane.
