Michael is a partner and the leader of the US Corporate Tax practice in Regions East.  Michael has over 25 years of public accounting experience that includes audit, accounting and tax.  Michael services Enterprise clients with their US tax issues in a full service capacity, which includes their consulting, planning and compliance requirements. Michael has over 20 years of cross-border tax experience.  Michael has extensive experience in a wide variety of U.S. tax matters (corporate and personal) and services clients in the manufacturing, transportation, technology, real estate and agriculture markets.
