She has over 25 years of experience working with various vendors and building out large scale programs in the digital identity space with a focus on Customer Identity Access Management, Identity and Access Management, DevSecOps, Privileged Access Management and Data Security and Privacy.

She is an experienced Cybersecurity leader focused on solving business challenges and technical challenges. Serena has helped both public and private sector organizations in the US and Canada achieve their goals in defending against attacks; protecting their most privileged assets from internal and external threats; satisfying audit and compliance; enabling the digital business and driving operational efficiencies. In her role as Risk Services Alliances Leader, Serena leads client and vendor alliances and builds upon KPMG in Canada’s capabilities and solution offerings across diverse industries and functions.
