Steven L. Moore

Steven Moore is a tax partner in KPMG's Halifax office and has over 22 years of professional taxation experience relating to individuals and Canadian public and private entities in a variety of industries. Steven has extensive experience in the full suite of taxation services KPMG offers in relation to corporate and personal tax planning. Steven provides income tax services and is involved in the audit of income tax provisions for a number of our largest clients. Income tax services provided would include assistance in the structuring of acquisitions, simplification and reorganization of existing structures and compliance with Canada Revenue Agency filing requirements. Audit related services provided would include an analysis of the income tax provision recorded by the entity, an assessment of the future/deferred income tax assets and liabilities of the entity, assistance with the application of CPA Handbook Section 3465 and IAS12, as well as disclosure requirements for financial statement purposes.
