Adnan Mirza

With over 17 years of diverse experience, Adnan is an Executive Director at KPMG in Canada’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Financial Services (“FS”) Tax practice.

Adnan provides tax services to the firm’s Wealth and Asset Management clients. Having extensive experience servicing public, private and institutional entities, he brings significant tax functional experience in many disciplines, including corporate, partnership, trust and personal taxation, tax reporting, compliance, and advisory.

During Adnan’s career, he led executive functions to several entities’ management, tax and finance teams to public and private companies including investment companies, asset management, and real estate investors, leading all aspects of the tax life cycle. Adnan has also been involved in audits of large publicly listed companies in the FS industry, as well as large and smaller private entities in other industries.
