Jeffrey has extensive experience in asset management (mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, pooled funds), wealth management (including registered plans and broker-dealers), banking, capital markets and private equity taxation matters. He also advises clients on resolving tax disputes.
Before joining KPMG, Jeffrey worked for four years in the taxation group of one of Canada’s largest banks, providing tax advice to its asset management, wealth management, Canadian personal & commercial banking and capital markets businesses. Previously, Jeffrey practised for six years as an associate in the tax group of one of Canada’s leading law firms.
