Chelsea is an experienced U.S. immigration attorney specializing in business immigration, family-based immigration and naturalization law. She work primarily in assisting clients obtain non-immigrant employment based visas such as L-1, H-1B, E-3, H-1B1 and TN, as well as immigrant based visas under the EB-1 category.
Her passion is in advising companies and their employees on a wide array of complex business immigration matters, including non-immigrant work visas, employment-based immigrant applications, and employer I-9 compliance matters.
