Asma Hasan

With over 13 years of experience, Asma is a Partner at KPMG in Canada’s Intelligent Delivery & Innovation (iDi) Tax practice. She has experience in corporate taxation matters and specializes in the areas of Canadian income tax compliance, tax provision audits and tax accounting matters under IFRS and US GAAP. Asma provides services to a wide array of companies in the Technology and Telecommunication industries and also leads tax provision audits for many private and large public companies. In addition, she has extensive experience with tax compliance assignments and managing larger compliance projects.

Asma leads the Toronto team of KPMG’s Intelligent Delivery and Innovation tax group – combining tax technical expertise, technology, and data and analytics, to drive more value out of recurring tax engagements for her clients. Beyond her professional experience, Asma has experience in presenting at a variety of conferences and events.
