Ryan Friedman

Ryan Friedman is a partner with KPMG’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice in Toronto.

Ryan specializes in both inbound and outbound international corporate tax focusing on the software and electronics markets. He has extensive experience advising technology clients on tax-efficient domestic structures, as well as structures for international expansion and is a subject matter expert on Intellectual Property holding structures. Ryan also has experience advising on Canadian tax issues facing multi-nationals operating in Canada. Ryan is also has extensive experience as lead tax partner on auditing tax provisions for some of KPMG’s largest public and private entertainment, software, electronics and enterprise clients.
