Katherine specializes in developing and implementing financial restructuring and corporate turnaround strategies on behalf of companies and their stakeholders. She brings 10 years of turnaround consulting, corporate restructuring, and cost reduction expertise and has worked on a wide range of assignments across various industries, including a number of high profile mandates. Ms. Forbes’s experience includes conducting independent business reviews and liquidity and viability assessments on behalf of debtors, secured lenders, shareholders and other stakeholders, as well as both informal and formal restructuring and insolvency proceedings (including under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act in Canada, and under the United States Bankruptcy Code).
