Éric has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions. During his career, Éric advised entrepreneurs on corporate, estate and tax planning issues. Over the last 25 years, he was CFO of various publicly traded, venture backed and private companies, in the manufacturing, technology and entertainment sectors. He also worked as Vice-President of a private equity group, managing a portfolio in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Éric Favreau is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1987 and holds a MBA in finance from HEC Montreal. At KPMG, Éric Favreau is Executive Director in the Corporate Finance Group and leads the Family Office practice in Quebec.
