Safwan Dadabhoy

Safwan Dadabhoy is an associate in the business law practice in Toronto, with a focus on real estate. He advises on a range of commercial real estate matters including development, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint-venture, co-ownership, and partnership arrangements.

Safwan completed his JD at the University of Ottawa. During his law studies, Safwan worked at a boutique business law firm.  Prior to law school, Safwan graduated with a BA from Queen’s University and interned at a private equity real estate firm in New York City.

In his spare time, Safwan enjoys travelling, reading autobiographies, listening to podcasts, and watching and playing football. He’s also an avid Arsenal FC fan.

Safwan summered at a Bay Street firm in 2021, where he also articled and participated in a secondment at a major Canadian bank.
