As Technology Strategy and Transformation Partner, Philip is known for the methodical but flexible manner in which he approaches challenges. Philip held progressive roles gaining extensive knowledge in technology business development, executive leadership and relations, service delivery and project & financial management through his 22+ year experience with IBM. Most recently he has focused on leading the Government, Health and Higher Education portfolio, dedicated to Public Sector in BC & Western Canada, and through this he has developed unique expertise, deep delivery & consulting experience. 

With experience through roles such as Canadian Public Sector Lead for Climate & Sustainability, where he advocated, developed and grew investment and footprint in Climate and sustainability, Philip has been responsible for shaping future technology vision with executive teams to deliver sustainable results and acting as trusted advisor.
