Mario Douvelos is a Financial Services Audit Partner at KPMG in Canada with over 14 years of experience. He has worked in KPMG’s Financial Services audit practices on three continents, where he has have provided assurance and assurance related services to some of the largest financial services clients specializing in banking, insurance and broker dealers in Canada, South Africa and United Kingdom. 

Mario has worked with clients through their challenges and/or changes in accounting or the business – whether it is the migration to IFRS, adoption of IFRS 9, Solvency II for Insurers, business combinations, and other. He brings his strong technical skills working collaboratively with other KPMG specialists to ensure clients receive the best results.
