Jason Cooledge

Jason is a partner in KPMG’s Canadian Corporate Tax practice in Vancouver with over 20 years of professional experience. He specializes in the areas of corporate income tax compliance, tax advisory, and the planning and audit of corporate tax provisions. Jason focuses on providing Canadian corporate tax compliance and advisory services to public and large private corporate groups. He currently advises clients in a number of industries, including mining, marine transportation and industrial manufacturing. Jason also spent nearly three years in industry managing the day-to-day tax functions of a multinational public company, where his responsibilities included oversight of accounting for income taxes, preparation of income tax provisions and related financial statements disclosure, Canadian corporate tax compliance, scientific research and experimental development claims, transfer pricing and other Canadian tax matters.
