Aaron is an accomplished tax professional specializing in providing international and domestic income tax advice to both Canadian and foreign-based multinational companies.  

With over 18 years of experience with leading professional services and law firms, he brings a wealth of knowledge in both domestic and international income tax matters. 

Aaron provides outbound advice to Canadian-based multinationals encompassing key areas such as, foreign affiliate rules, foreign source income, repatriation, acquisitions, reorganization, and divestment planning. He also specializes in providing inbound advice to foreign-based multinationals, including counselling, and planning on acquisitions, repatriations, divestments from Canada and optimizing their tax position in relation to Canadian investments.

Aaron is a lecturer for CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course (Tutorial Series 2) and has previously tutored their In-Depth International Tax Course and In-Depth Tax program. He has delivered presentations on tax topics to national associations, and is a former board member of the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society.
